Just a little bit of love...

I have never been much of a 'Whistles' fan, I found their collections predictable and safe, a look for which I have always had little interest in. However, since Jane Shepherdson has taken the brand under her severely stylish wing, a considerable change can be seen in the design aspect of each piece. Now instead of the traditional uninspiring palette we'd expect to see, 'Whistles' is delivering us a sleek and stylist collection designed to push the boundaries of fashion in order to compete with the giants of today's higher class highstreet. This is a brand who has recently received a new lease of life and the chance to refocus their inspiration towards the original and individual idea that enthused the company back in 1976, and so far their Autumn/Winter collection has done just that, mixing stylish silhouettes with detailed embellishments and all in key trend colours, 'Whistles' is now producing quality garments for the fashion forward elite without the designer budget to spare, and their Spring/Summer collection is currently highly anticipated to be even bigger and better than their previous success.
